Where it requests "Choose your Club or Service:" Type "Black Rock". "View Price List" will appear as confirmation that the club has been found. If the club has not been found you will receive an error message when you try to submit the form.

Select Membership fee from the "Transaction Type". Enter your payment details in the form of "Complete Name" / "Payment Details", Eg "John Smith / Smith Family Membership Fee" in this case John Smith is paying the Smith Family Membership Fee (Where Smith is the surname of the Lead Member entered on the application form). 
For Senior Members, for example, "John Smith / John Smith Senior Membership Fee" and Junior Members "John Smith / James Smith Junior Membership Fee".

Note: Please Only include one transaction per Transaction type, for example, a senior joining with two juniors would need three transactions each specifying who the payment is for.

For building donations select "Donation" as the transaction type and include payment details such as "John Smith / Building Fund Donation" 

Enter your name in the "Payer's Name:" Box, enter your Contact Details in the "Your contact details:" box which could be your telephone number and optionally your Email address in the "Email for Receipt (Optional):" Please note a separate receipt will not be issued by the club unless it is a donation in which case you will be issued a specific tax-deductible donation receipt. Once the form is completed select "Submit"

Enter your credit card details and select "Submit"

Review the payment details and the amount to ensure they are correct. Select "Submit", your payment will now be processed by Surf Life Saving Australia and if you completed the Email address box for a receipt one will be sent via the SLSA system.
